Kadyrov gives Zakayev 1 month to think

Publication time: 28 June 2009, 11:21

All the leaders of the Mujahideen in the Province of Nokhchicho (Chechnya/Ichkeria) of the Caucasus Emirate must be killed within a month, the ringleader of Chechen apostates Ramzan Kadyrov demanded.

"I set the deadline, which was agreed on with the Russian Interior Ministry. We should succeed in a month: all militants' leaders there [in Chechnya] must be killed," Kadyrov said in an interview with the Vesti on Saturday TV program, "Interfax" news agency reports.

According to him, "the amnesty is not acceptable any more".

"If there is amnesty, I will be against this and advise the federal center to forget the word 'amnesty,'" apostate explained

Kadyrov has also said that the former head of the MFA of CRI Akhmed Zakayev, who lives in London, "still has a time to think".

"If he won't use this time that we gave him, I will also close my doors and will not intercede for him", Kadyrov threatened, having added that he needs Zakayev "for political normalization of situation in the republic".

Earlier, Zakayev said in his interview with radio "Liberty" that he would hold talks with Kadyrov in near future to develop "a common position".

We would like also to remind that on June 17, Kadyrov demanded from the ringleaders of his gangs to "finally finish off" the Mujahideen within 2 weeks.

He has also canceled holidays for all puppet government officials and members of the armed forces of apostates, ordering to "fight against militants". Kadyrov has also forbid his subordinates to get sick.
