CE Emir Dokku Abu Usman announced his successor and proposed to appoint Aslambek Vadalov as Emir of the Caucasus Emirate.
Emir Dokku Abu Usman addressed in a brief message to the governors and commanders of Dagestan, Ghalghaycho (AKA Ingushetia) and the Combined Province of Kabarda, Balkaria and Karachai with an appeal stating that health reasons are preventing him to fulfill the duties of the Emir of the CE.
Dokku Abu Usman said that Jihad should be led by more young and energetic commanders and stressed that he intends to continue to wage Jihad and will do whatever he can by word and deed.

According to an assistant of Dokku Abu Usman, who phoned from Chechnya, Umarov sent his message to the commanders of Dagestan, Ghalghaycho and the Combined Province of Kabarda, Balkaria and Karachai to give their opinion in connection with his appeal.
